Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Vests (due to direct skin contact)
- Accessories (unless defective)

How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Once approved, securely package your items in the original packaging. Include:
- All original tags and labels
- The packing slip or order confirmation
- A copy of your return authorization email

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
